Only one photograph from my recent trip away, but a nice capture nonetheless.

Sometimes, just sometimes, people are talking about you. Often it’s unfounded nonsense, but there are some cases when people talk behind your back.

I visited Montserrat while in Barcelona (it’s a stunning monastery up the top of a mountain) and photographed these two women. It’s cool to contrast two ages so close to each other. The older woman’s face is incredible.

I’ve been waiting for photograph this guy for over a year now. He’s there by Tower Hill station underpass most weeks, but I’ve never come across him at night. Completely alone, he just stands still. Finally, the perfect light and empty background rewarded my patience. Larger here.

Hurray, London was dry for three hours. Here’s the result.

Two photos in two days? What’s going on – have I suddenly rediscovered the love of my street photography website? Sorta. Basically the UK’s has had some sun (the first in about 3 months) and it’s had me out in the streets down by my old haunt to photograph the throngs of tourists. I spotted this women sporting some serious gear. Love it.

London’s great, but so is the rest of the world. I always try and share my adventures travelling like the above photo taken in Madrid several weeks ago. I like the lighting in this and her skin texture. I couldn’t resist photographing her.

Iron Man on the Tube. What more is there to say. Just another day in the life of a Londoner.
